Announcing ASL Fingerspell for the iPhone and iPod Touch!

Izatt International is releasing a new application for the iPhone and iPod Touch called ASL Fingerspell. It has three modes designed to help you learn the American Sign Language fingerspelling alphabet: Reference, Flash Cards, and Word Play.

Reference mode displays all 26 hand signs for the alphabet as thumbnails with the English letter hovering over it. A simple switch allows you turn the letters on or off. Simply tap any letter sign and that photo enlarges to fill the screen. Now slide left to right to navigate the photos just as you do in your photo albums.

Flash Cards allow you to choose the timing as all 26 sign photos are randomly displayed for you to recognize the sign. After the chosen time for each sign, the English letter is displayed for you to check yourself.

Word Play lets you enter any word and see how it is spelled with the ASL alphabet hand signs. You control how fast the signs display.

Once ASL Fingerspell is available in the App Store, we'll post it here as well as on the website: www.aslfingerspell.com
